We’ve just found out Renee, one of our top junior paddlers has been selected to attend the St Laurent Blangy Regatta in France. She will travel with nine others to race in the sprint event over the weekend of 26/27 Jan. This has been a great hunting ground for Richmond Paddlers and Renee will be following in the footsteps of Rebecca and Ali who took 1st and 2nd there two years ago as well as Josh, Ben and Emily who represented the GB Development squad successfully in 2010. I am sure I speak for us all in wishing Renee the very best in her preparation for the event.
