Marko has recently returned from racing at the Junior European Sprint Championships in Poznan, where he competed in the C1 500m & 1000m events. In the semi finals for both distances he missed out on “A” final qualification by less than half a second, but went on to peform very well in the “B” finals, finishing 2nd in the 1000m and 4th in the 500m. Following this Marko has been selected to race at the Junior World Sprint Championships which will take place in Canada in August.
This weekend Tom will be racing in Spain as part of a GB K4 that was selected following early season marathon assessments. He is taking part in two races over 5km against national and international competition.
